You must choose the right location and premises to set up your business. In an ideal world the location would be convenient for your customers, employees and suppliers without being too expensive.

However, if you locate yourself in a large shopping centre you may benefit from the customers attracted by all the other shops. From an employees prospective, the best location will be easy to travel to and access. It would be help if the business is located by shops and other facilities that have a reliable public transport service. Being near suppliers is another location benefit as it results in a quick, flexible service. Good transport links will make deliveries much easier.
Location will have a major impact on your cost limit. If your business needs to be in a prime location, then the extra costs maybe justified.
